01: Purchase online

Tickets to the top via the lift are the most popular and we recommend buying them in advance via our official online ticket office. They go on sale up to 60 days in advance. The time-stamped e-ticket gives you direct access to the pillar without having to stop at the ticket offices and guarantees you access to the top regardless of how busy it is, so you can therefore save time. If you can’t find an available slot that suits you online, you can still purchase tickets at the monument’s ticket offices for an immediate visit.

02: The emotion of the ascent

You will ascend directly to the top by first taking one of the historic lifts that takes you from the ground to the second floor. At the second floor, you will be directed by our team of hosts to take the trip up to the top. You will start your discovery during your visit by exploring the highest level! There may be a wait at this stage (a second ticket check is carried out for access to the top). At the top, enjoy the panoramic view of the whole of Paris from two levels (one indoors and one open-air). The upper floor has a champagne bar and a reconstructed model of Gustave Eiffel’s office.

03: on the way back down

Next take your time to enjoy the second and first floors and all they have to offer: views, shops, food and drink, etc. On the second floor, you can admire the panoramic vistas of Paris from a different perspective, with a breathtaking view of the Tower's spire. The view from the second floor is particularly stunning when the Tower sparkles at night! Feel free to take the stairs back down from the second floor to discover the heart of the monument's structure. Don’t forget to stop at the first floor, which offers multiple surprises: a seasonal terrace and a bistro for refreshments, the Madame Brasserie restaurant, a large shop, a section of the historic staircase and other viewpoints.
